The website https://flipaha.sg, together with the web application at https://app.flipaha.sg (collectively, the “Platform”), is owned and operated by HeyHii Pte. Ltd. (“flipAha!”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Platform is subject to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use flipAha! independently. If you are under 13, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account Registration & Security

• Registration: To access certain features, you may register via Google Sign‑In or by providing an email and password.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

3. License & Use of the Platform

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non‑commercial learning purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, inHeyStack Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless flipAha! and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
